Delighted to premiere the new song by UK-based act Earth Moves (consisting of members from We Never Learned to Live, Grappler and Cloud Boat) called ‘Catatonic’ from their upcoming record ‘Human Intricacy’. They play a combination of post-metal, screamo, shoegaze and black metal with musical influences ranging from Deftones, Amenra, Slowdive to Wolves in the Throne Room. „Catatonic“ is a 7 minute long highly emotional and heavy track which also features Dan Nightingale from Conjurer.
„A moment to hold you instead
Earth Moves – Catatonic
A young tragedy evokes in me
Let our bodies interconnect
Like wires that link our history
Your head is this hospital bed“
Following their debut album ‘The Truth in Our Bodies’ (Nov 2016) Earth Moves will release their second LP ‘Human Intricacy’ on 15th November via Through Love Records & Truthseeker Music. The deeply personal second release weaves intimate themes of love, and lineage with purely fantasy creations to create a record that hovers on the edges of reality and fiction.
