Celestica
Very promising 5-piece modern hardcore/post-hardcore from örebronx in sweden. Their debut EP, which looks drop-dead gorgeous, is called “I Could Never Let You In” and it gets better with every song. The last track “Antipathy” is probably the best modern hardcore song I heard in a long long time. Top notch ambiance guitars, on point drums and great lyrics.
“trembling and stuttering
it’s like winter when we’re close
and i can’t get the taste of you
out of my mouth”
If you dig More Than Life, Empty Handed or The Cold Harbour this is definitely something worth checking.

BETTYŒTKER
Heavy-weight hardcore record by a 4-piece band hailing from hamburg/germany. Back in the days and with another line-up BETTYŒTKER played with bands like Zann, Dead Flesh Fashion and Just Went Black. Now after some years of ups and downs, the first vinyl lp called “BARRICADES” is finally available and as dark and stunning as its artwork. Critical lyrics in a blend with massive sounding guitars (the production is really over the top, it sounds so freaking good), vast break-downs and Eddie’s pissed off vocals building the foundation of this quality release.
“i´m not contempted with anything from now on
never again”
Vermin Womb
Grind sludge at its best with Ethan Lee McCarthy (Primitive Man, Clinging To The Trees Of A Forest Fire). So sick.
Rain Bird
Awesome band from Sofia, Bulgaria.
